An awesome then and now I've found, it's Pryor st in Atlanta. First pic in the 40's or 50's, second pic is the same intersection today, using google st view. If you look down the street you can just make out a single building that's still standing from the first pic. Not striking me that the neighbourhood updates improved it all that much over the decades. What do you think?
